Job description:
Our client company is the world's largest supplier of video surveillance products and solutions. The company specializes in video surveillance technology, as well as designing and manufacturing a full-line of innovative CCTV and video surveillance products. The product line ranges from cameras and DVRs to video management software. Since its inception in 2001, our client company has quickly achieved a leading worldwide market position in the security industry. our client company possess the world's largest R&D team and state-of-art manufacturing facilities; both allow our client company's customers the benefit of world-class products that are designed with cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities:

Company car:

1. Draft, review and update the company car policy per business requirement, which also adapt to the local regulation by each country in the Europe with HR department.
2. Explore/maintain reliable leasing car suppliers throughout European countries and cooperate with them to arrange a suitable car (short term and long term) with best offer for Hikvision employees per company policy.
3. Assist employee to deal with leasing car supplier for any accident or company car emergency related matters take place.

Property insurance and office emergency management:

1. Working with insurance company to issue/renew the suitable insurance policy for the company property, including the building, facilities and stock to cover the risks of loss because of fire, flood, burgle etc.
2. Deal with claims of compensation from the insurance if there is any loss occurred per the insurance policy.
3. As a company BHV member, perform first aid when there is an emergency with other BHV members.
4. Arrange internal first aid introduction, fire drill as requested.

Asset management:

1. General assets: Implement/improve company assets management platform to keep registration, transfer, obsolete of all company asset, put labels on each assets under management, routinely perform the assets inventory to ensure the consistence between assets book and actual.
2. Company Mobile and communication policy: Maintains in-depth knowledge of all mobile device technologies in use and acts as an escalation point for support and implementation teams. Developing new policies, updating existing policies, documenting and maintaining repeatable and reusable standard operating procedures and practices. Analysis the mobile device demand during the year,perform the budgeting/purchasing/distribution to the employees per company policy.

Internal Service:

1. Accommodation: maintain the company apartment facilities, make accommodation arrangement for expatriates and employee who has business trip to the Netherlands.
2. Develop/maintain the cooperation with travel agent, help employees and their important clients with flight ticket/hotel booking per their business trip.
3. Supervising performance of the travel agent service and improve the travel agent app.
4. Support the other local branches when they are going to rent an office and company apartment by reviewing the terms of lease contract  and negotiating for the benefit of the company.

Other tasks related to office admin such as:
1. Supporting specific company events in the office.
2. General affair related IT tool/workflow implementation.
3. Perform procurement to payment process for responsible purchasing activities, including PO creation, supplier data maintenance, good/service acceptance, invoice validation, procurement data analysis etc.

Your Profile:
1. Company car part is the most important task,you expect to have someone with rich lease car experience and knowledge about the lease car market.
2. Strong communication skills in Chinese, English, both oral and written.
3. BHV experience is preferred.
