 Based in Amsterdam
 
 Job Responsibilities:
 -Provide daily maintenance, technical support and operational guidance of system software for the company's business departments. Handle technical issues for colleagues through telephone, remote desktop, video conferencing and other channels;
 -Responsible for writing relevant technical documents, including installation and configuration plans, implementation plans, fault manuals, etc;
 -Responsible for quickly responding to various urgent problem needs of business departments and processing situation tracking and feedback;
 -Provide initial software and hardware remote setup and debugging for new warehouses.
 -Prioritize events and deal with the solution according to the impact, severity and resources;
 -Create, maintain and update incident resolution processes; categorize and summarize system issues, update and improve product knowledge base;
 -Travel independently to the site and conduct installation and implementation training for partners, technical communication, installation and deployment, etc;
 -Collect, collate and verify daily service records, maintain data work statements and reports;
 -Understand customer needs and potential needs through customer return visit in order to improve customer satisfaction.
 
 Job requirement:
 -Bachelor’s degree or above in computer, software, communication or other science and technology related majors;
 -More than 1 year of IT technical support experience with strong learning ability. Experience in logistics industry is preferred;
 -Linux, TCP/IP network protocol, database and other basic IT knowledge;
 -Skilled in using related tools and software, such as common linux commands (view process, memory, disk and other status, error logs, etc.) ;
 -Good analytical skills to understand complex site scenarios of customers;
 -Excellent language skills and communication skills, strong teamwork spirit, good customer service awareness;
 -Strong ability to complete work independently and execution ability, good career spirit, hardworking, strong sense of responsibility and open-mindedness.
 
 
 职责:
 -为公司业务部门提供系统软件的日常维护、技术支持和操作指导。通过电话、远程桌面、视频会议等渠道为同事处理技术问题;
 -负责相关技术文档撰写;包括安装配置方案、实施方案、故障手册等;
 -负责快速响应业务部门各种紧急问题需求,并进行处理情况跟踪与反馈;
 -为新仓库提供初期软硬件的远程设置、调试;
 -根据影响力,严重性和资源对事件进行优先级排序处理解决;
 -创建、维护和更新事件解决流程;对系统问题做归类汇总,更新及完善产品知识库信息;
 -独立出差到现场,对合作方进行安装实施培训,进行技术交流,安装部署等;
 -收集、整理、核实日常服务记录,维护数据工作报表和报告;
 -通过用户回访,了解客户需求及潜在需求,以提高客户满意度。
 
 要求:
 -计算机、软件、通信等理工类相关专业,本科及以上学历;
 -1年以上IT技术支持工作经验,有较强的学习能力,有物流行业经验者优先;
 -Linux,TCP/IP网络协议,数据库等基础IT知识;
 -熟练使用相关工具和软件,例如常用linux命令(查看进程,内存,磁盘等状态、错误日志等);
 -良好的分析能力去了解客户复杂的现场情景;
 -具有优秀的语言表达能力和沟通能力,有较强的团队协助精神,良好的客户服务意识;
 -较强的独立完成工作能力和执行能力,事业心强,勤奋好学,具有强烈的责任意识和开放的心态。
