- newly built since 2017
- two bedrooms with a large and bright living room, modern kitchen and a balcony.
- super great location and neighbourhood: 6min walk to "Amsterdam Zuid" station, next to tram/bus stations and VU university. Gym/AH/bar/cafe are just downstairs.
- current roommate (1 femaile): working expat, 6 years in NL, likes music, movies and travelling.
Room (12.5 m2)
- Rent+ shared service cost: 890 EUR/month incl utilities.
- furnished or unfurnished, can be discussed.
- available as of 01-Aug, also possible to start from 01-Sep.
- registration possible
Desired roommate:
- ladies first
- minimum 1year rental period
- income requirement: gross annual salary euro 30k+ with most recent 3-month pay slips, preferably with long-term contract.
- one month deposit (to be determined)
- good living habits, clean and tidy, no 'party animals’.
