目前荷兰住房短缺的整体现状依旧没变，民众的买房需求依旧十分旺盛，但房价上涨速度已经明显放缓。数据对比十分明显：去年荷兰房价涨幅高达9%，今年预计骤降至3%，明年涨幅还会进一步压低至1.5%。
